Can I bring someone under 21?

Yes, our tours are family friendly. However, guests under the age of 21 will not be able to drink.

Can I purchase an e-gift card?

A Craft cruiser brewery tour is a perfect gift! We offer 2 was to purchase e-gift cards:

– By amount, where you can specify the amount to gift the recipient

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, contact us at least 48 hours prior to the event.

In order for us to keep our prices competitive, we will not be able provide a refund after the 48 hour grace period as we will remain liable for tastings arranged prior to the event. 

If I want to reschedule my tour, how long do I have to do so?

Once we’ve been notified about your cancelation, we will issue you a promo code valid for the same type of tours previously scheduled. That promo code will be valid for 90 days after it has been issued.

How many people can come?

We love to keep it personal with our guests and ensure the best service! In order to do so and also be able to remain flexible with our schedule, our Craft Cruiser can fit up to 13 guests.

I love beer, can I over-indulge?

We all love beer! Although we are here to provide you and your awesome friends safe and fun transportation, each brewery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone to comply with TABC laws.
